WEBSITE RATES

Is the website rate nett?
Yes, the final amount on your booking will be inclusive of service charge and taxes.

Does the website rate include ferry?
No, the website rate is strictly on accommodation. Ferry will be an add-on to your room booking.

Does the website rate include breakfast?
Yes, the rates includes buffet breakfast for 2 persons only. Additional adult or child will be charged separately for buffet breakfast.

Extra Beds Charges
Extra bed is required for the 3rd person in the room from age 12 years and above. Each room can only accommodate 1 extra bed which is at $73 per night inclusive of buffet breakfast.

Baby Cot
Baby Cots are free of charge upon request. Each room can accommodate one baby cot.

HOLIDAY PACKAGES

Are the holiday packages prices nett?
All of our holiday packages for both rooms and villa are priced nett.

Does the holiday packages include ferry?
Our packages inclusion varies so this will depend on the type of packages selected. Please see respective package details on our website.

Does the holiday packages include breakfast?
Yes, the holiday packages include breakfast for minimum of 2 persons.

Can I bring along a child?
Yes, you can bring along your child. However, child ferry tickets are not included in the package and have to be booked separately.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION

What is the resort cancellation policy?
Each rate and promotion have its own cancellation policy. You can check the terms and conditions of each rate or package on our website and booking engine for information on the cancellation policy.

Generally, non-promotional rates are cancellable up to 3 days prior to check-in date. While promotional rates, like early bird or last minute promotions, are non-cancellable.

What is the cancellation policy for ferry?

Direct ferry bookings made on ferryful.com are cancellable up to 4 days prior to departure date.

Ferry bookings with packages
For ferry bookings included in packages follows the cancellation policy of the package. You can check the terms and conditions of each package on our website.

Payment upon Check-out
Any charges made to the resort must be cleared upon check-out. The resort accepts all major credit cards and/or cash in Indonesia Rupiah.

Can I come down to BLR Corporate Office to make a payment?
Yes you can. Our office is located in Singapore at:

Exchange rate is according to the rate on that day.

GETTING TO THE RESORT

Getting to the resort by ferry from Singapore

The most convenient way is to take the resort direct ferry service, Mozaic Ferry Lines from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Singapore. Alternatively, guests can take the public ferry service, Bintan Resorts Ferry which arrives at Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Terminal.

Getting to the resort by airplane

Flights are available from Jakarta to Tanjung Pinang (Raja Haji Fisabillilah Airport) via low cost domestic carriers

How to book ferry tickets?
Ferry tickets can be booked at ticketing counter or via website. You can contact reservations@bintanlagoon.com to assist you with your booking.

Each passenger including infants and children need their own ferry tickets. All ferry bookings must be paid in advance once booking is confirmed
Check-In Luggage
The restriction on check-in luggage from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal, Singapore is 20 kg per person.

Additional $1 for each kilogram over the limit.

Departure and Arrival Time
Passengers are advised to check in at least 90 mins prior to departure. The travel time to Bintan Lagoon Ferry Terminal is 75 mins.

Shuttle Service from Bintan Lagoon Ferry Terminal
The shuttle bus service is complimentary from Bintan Lagoon Ferry Terminal to the resort lobby. The shuttle bus service is scheduled according to ferry arrival and departure timings.

The shuttle duration takes about 10 mins.

Guests departing the resort are advised to check out at least 1 hour prior to ferry departure.

How to book ferry tickets?
You can contact reservations@bintanlagoon.com to assist you with your booking.

Each passenger including infants and children need their own ferry tickets. All ferry bookings must be paid in advance once booking is confirmed.

Shuttle Service from Bandar Bentan Telani
The shuttle bus service is complimentary from Bandar Bentan Telani, public terminal, to the resort lobby. The shuttle bus service is scheduled according to ferry arrival and departure timings.

The shuttle duration takes about 30 mins.

Guests departing the resort are advised to check out at least 90 mins prior to departure.

RESORT FACILITIES

Access to private beach
The resort owns a 1.5km private beach. It is accessible directly from the hotel lobby.

The resort sea facing villas (Angsoka Villa) also has direct access to the beach. Other villas will require a short 5 mins ride on the buggy.

Access to Swimming Pool
We have 2 large swimming pool that is available to all hotel guests. The depth of the swimming ranges from 0.5m to 2.4m deep.

The main resort swimming pool and leisure center swimming pool are accessible from 8am to 8pm.

Private Villa Swimming Pools
All Angsoka villas and Dhalia villa have private swimming pools. The depth of each private swimming pool is 1.5m deep.

Use of basketball and tennis courts
Equipment and use of these courts are free of charge on first-come-first-serve basis.

Open from 7am - 9pm

Operating hours of Kedaton Spa
Sunday - Thursday: 9am – 10pm
Friday – Saturday: 9am – 11pm

Operating hours of Beach Massage
Daily from 9am – 5pm. Last order is at 4pm.

Is there wheelchair provided at resort?

Yes the resort provides wheelchair to guests upon request.

Angsoka Villa (Large) – 7 Persons + 3 extra beds

Villa Buggy
Each villa at the resort comes with its own 4-seater buggy and charging port. No driver will be provided.
